AIBlock 1.0.1 is the public maintenance release focused on a clearer first-run choice and safer updates. It is available on the Chrome Web Store.
New installs now begin with a short local-processing disclosure. Protection stays off until the person using the browser chooses to enable it. Existing installations keep their settings when updating.
The four free guardrails and their supported-site scope remain unchanged. This release also makes the relationship between AI Pause and AI Site Warning easier to understand, pauses the Options master switch when the last individual protection is turned off, re-enables every protection when that Options switch is turned back on, and keeps planned personalization visibly unavailable.
