Open Settings from the popup. Keep Search Protection and Hide Google AI Overview enabled. The AI Mode control is separate; leave it off if you only want Overview cleanup.
Return to a Google results page and reload it. Supported AI Overview surfaces should be hidden while ordinary results remain usable. Not every query displays an AI Overview, so its absence alone does not prove a match.
